1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the services provided by Zayway Empire Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Services. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services. Zayway Empire Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Services Provided Zayway Empire Inc. provides business management consulting services including operations optimization, financial management, and growth strategy planning to small businesses, mid-size companies, and corporations. The scope of services is outlined in your selected tier plan or individual service agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the delivery of our services. Any delays or inaccuracies in information provided by the client may impact the quality and timeliness of our deliverables.

4. Payment Terms All fees are due in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. Zayway Empire Inc. reserves the right to suspend services for any outstanding or overdue balances. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Confidentiality Zayway Empire Inc. is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Any proprietary business data, financial records, or sensitive information shared with our agency will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

6. Privacy Policy Zayway Empire Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. Any personal or business information collected during the course of our engagement is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We do not sell, trade, or share client data with third parties without explicit written consent. All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States.

7. Intellectual Property All strategies, frameworks, reports, and materials developed by Zayway Empire Inc. remain the intellectual property of our agency until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, clients are granted full rights to use all deliverables produced on their behalf.

9. Limitation of Liability Zayway Empire Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination of Services Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as outlined in the individual service contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.

12. Governing Law These Terms and Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of Cheyenne, Wyoming.
