Payment Policies
•Stripe Compliance: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store sensitive credit card data on our servers. All transactions adhere to strict PCI-DSS compliance standards.
•Payment Terms: Full payment or the initial installment is required prior to the commencement of any consulting services. For installment plans, subsequent payments are automatically drafted on the agreed-upon schedule.
•Refund Policy: Due to the intellectual property and time-intensive nature of our consulting, refunds are only available if requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided no proprietary documents have been shared or services rendered.
Liability & Limitations
Our role is advisory; execution and results depend on implementation.
•No Guarantees: While we provide expert guidance based on industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific financial results, as market conditions and implementation vary.
•Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Zayway Empire Inc be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
Professional Standards
We adhere to the highest ethical standards in the food service industry.
•Code of Conduct: We pledge to act with integrity, objectivity, and competence. We will avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflicts immediately.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
•Consultations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a consulting call. Missed appointments without notice may be deducted from your allocated consulting hours.
•Project Cancellation: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of early termination by the Client, payment for all work completed up to that date is due immediately.
Confidentiality & NDA
Protecting your business intelligence is our top priority.
•Non-Disclosure: We agree not to disclose any of your proprietary information, financial data, recipes, or trade secrets to third parties without your explicit consent.
•Reciprocal Agreement: The Client agrees not to share Zayway Empire Inc proprietary frameworks, templates, or training materials with external parties or competitors.
Data Privacy & Security
We handle your personal and business data with the utmost care.
•Data Collection: We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and communicate with you.
•Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data is only shared with trusted service providers (like Stripe) strictly for business operations.
